RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
• Check-in is from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm (if there is no other agreement).
• Check-out is by 10.00 am. Baggage can will be held with no limit of time.
• Also large pets are welcomed upon request at booking and prior consent of the Villa Luna.

CONDITIONS AND PAYMENTS

Advance payment
A 30% deposit of the total amount of accommodation must be credited to our bank account within 5 days from the booking.

Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment of this amount.
Full payment of accommodation must be made at time of check-in either by cash or credit card.

From the moment booking is confimed, in case of cancellation on behalf of the guest, the following penalties will be applied:

• up to 60 day before the day of arrival: cancellation free with 100% refund of the advance payment made, less any transfer charges (payable by the customer)
• from 59 to 30 days
before the arrival date will be refunded 30% of your deposit, less the costs of bank
• from 29 days before the stay (with certificate warning), the deposit will not be refunded
